• Main Hall Seating Capacity: Can accommodate around 1,750 to over 2,000 guests in a seated arrangement.

• Floating Capacity: Up to 2,625 guests.

• Dining: A spacious air-conditioned dining hall with capacity for approximately 1,000 guests at a time.

• Smaller Banquet Hall: A separate, smaller banquet hall is available with a seating capacity of around 250 guests.

Facilities and Services

• Parking: Ample parking space is provided for vehicles, typically accommodating around 100 cars and 200 bikes.

• Catering: The center often allows outside caterers (subject to approval) but also has its own state-of-the-art kitchen facilities for preparing large feasts. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines are generally allowed.

• Decor: Outside decorators are typically permitted, offering flexibility for personalized event ambiance.

• Rooms: Guest rooms (both air-conditioned and non-AC) are available for the convenience of families, friends, and wedding parties.

• Amenities: Features include a generator backup for smooth operation, an echo-proof sound system, spacious dressing rooms, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and service.

• Unique Feature: The property includes a traditional Naalukettu (traditional Kerala style architecture) model house adjacent to the main structure, which is often used for stay and photography.
